Hey guys! I’m back with a brand new update of my planner organization. You guys really seem to like these posts, so I hope to keep doing them periodically as my planners and planning needs change! I’m currently using an Erin Condren Life Planner to well, organize my life. I keep track of appointments, things to do, fitness, and a whole lot more in this planner. For my blog & business I’m using my trusty Martha Stewart Discbound notebook!
I am in love with my current set up & I think this will carry me through 2015 without many changes.
In my Discbound notebook I’ve got sections for Etsy, my Blog, Youtube, a brain dump section, Goals, & Social Media. My favorite places to buy washi tape are Michaels & Etsy, and my favorite pens are Staedtlers.
In my Etsy section I’m starting off with pages from my Home Business Planner to track my plans for the year such as new products, sales, etc…places I’m advertising my shop online, business ideas, and monthly expenses. I might add pages as I go, but I knew I wanted these for sure to start out.
In my Blog section I’ve started off with annual blog planning to loosely plan themes of posts for each month, and my post planners. Then, in my Social Media section I’ve got a simple stats tracker I created + my content calendars for each social media network. Finally under my goals section, you’ll find my 2015 Business Plan.
I didn’t want to spoil any of January’s post so here’s a look at February’s page for my post planner. I am trying this year to get my posts planned out farther in advance & to better plan for seasonal posts & getting them out early.
Now, for all of my other basic planning + tracking my fitness, bills, and more I am using my EC Life Planner.
Ya’ll may know I previously had a life planner, and I was so excited to order another one for 2015. I am in love with this planner.
I use my monthly view mostly for tracking my husband’s work or school schedule, and keeping track of appointments and when to pay bills. Here’s a peek at November.
Here’s a blank January. I’ll fill in my husband’s classes once those start, and I’m using my budget & bill pay stickers for this month. I love this way of tracking when to pay bills without taking up a ton of room & my stickers are repositionable! This will fill up more as the month goes on, but here’s a starting look.
Here’s a look at this week’s layout in my planner. I use the sticker on my sidebar to keep track of daily habits, which include cooking at home, doing one load of laundry daily, doing my daily cleaning checklist, my daily blog/business checklist, and taking my vitamins. I keep track of the weather with my weather stickers, and I use meal planning labels to keep up with what is for dinner + gratitude stickers to write something each day I’m thankful for. I made these little star checklists to keep up with my daily to do’s for my blog & business as well. Missing from this view are my water tracking stickers & some new stickers I’m going to be using to keep track of my workouts. I’m really happy with this setup for my life planner, and I LOVE creating stickers. I have many of these available printed & even some you can print yourself!
Here’s a closer look. The CUTE fitness stickers came from Life Planner Washi Tape on Etsy!
Finally, in the back of my planner I’ve coil clipped in some printables from my Health & Fitness planner, including my weight loss goals page, weight loss tracker page, & my measurements tracker page so I can keep track of my weight loss progress. These printables are scaled down to about 80% so that they fit perfectly inside my life planner. I’ll have a tutorial on this Friday!
I hope you all enjoyed a close up look at my planner setup. If you blog or vlog about your planner, please leave links for me in the comments. I love getting inspiration and ideas from other “plannerds” on how to best keep myself organized!
